I hear a project screaming and it won't stop until I work on it. I had a HAED screaming for me to work on it and I did and it was like yours Kreinik heavy and I got bored so fast haha. Love the color on your Ink Circle piece. Love your new fairy and I definitely don't blame you for having to get it. I've done the same thing with a project that I didn't enjoy working on. It just weighs you down. I'm glad you have come to terms with just being happy with your stitching. Love your little mermaid. I really like the Snowblower Diaries and have stitched q quite a few of her designs. In fact I have done this mermaid twice as presents in swaps, although I did the whole of the design and made it into a larger cushion. I don't think it matters how long a sip takes, it's your work and sometimes other things get in front of the stitching queue for a while. I have a lovely christmas design which I framed that has a date on that says 2006, but I began it in 1989 (I know that because I pencilled the date onto the pattern and had touching it when I finally finished it), so that is 17 years in the making!!Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00373043952789494619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7114614533612029519.post-22474192902766545522018-09-30T16:53:14.204+10:002018-09-30T16:53:14.204+10:00Great stitching progress on your WIPs.
